I went to try it and it wasn't much, rather bad. At the beginning the road was overgrown with grass and there were no stones or holes visible under it. So slowly down. Then it was even worse. Quite a steep descent and the road was bumpy with large stones on which the bike danced as it wanted. So I walked next to the bike for some sections.
I recommend continuing along the cycle path - Chvojnicka skrastka. It is longer, but you can do it all in the saddle and it is definitely faster.
