The Dammer Berge service area is located on the Autobahn 1 between the Holdorf and Neuenkirchen-Vörden exits in Lower Saxony and has a bridge restaurant, the second building of its kind in Germany. The design is found as a motorway service area, which spans the entire carriageway, only once on the A 9 with the Frankenwald service area. Their name refers to the nearby Dammer Berge mountain range. It hosts about 1 million people a year. [1]
