In a very open and panoramic area, near the river and the church fountain, you can have a picnic and sunbathe on the lawn.

Mountainbiking
For those who don't want to go to the nearby La Baita refuge, this plain in front of the church of San Bernardo is the ideal place:
beyond the stream in a magnificent meadow there are some tables where I stopped more than once to have a picnic. On one side of the church there is a fountain with fresh water, and some space if the day is windy and you want to stay sheltered.
