The “Himmerlandsstien” is a 79 km long railway cycle path that runs along the former railway line between Løgstør and Viborg. The cycle and hiking path is a gravel path that is easy to navigate and leads through meadows, fields and beautiful landscapes. After the line was closed in 1999, it was converted into a cycle and hiking path in 2006.
