A spacious area that has become a meeting place for thousands of young people from all over the world who pray together. There is a special atmosphere here, which is certainly due in part to the wonderful view from up here.

In 1940, Brother Roger founded a monastic community in this village that quickly spread throughout the world; today it has about 100 Catholic brothers and brothers of various Protestant origins from 30 countries. International meetings are held here every week, bringing together tens of thousands of young people from all continents every year.
