Quite good, but with a few “buts”:
1. Very broken. The rut is deep and jumps every now and then.
2. After heavy rains it will be very sad. In dry weather it’s not bad, all places can be walked or driven through.
3. Very. A lot of. Komarov. They even went to the field to finish it off.
2/5 on the Gauvin scale dry. In the wet, I think 4/5.
