Vandring
The cathedral is one of the oldest churches in Peru. It was built in the late 16th century under Spanish colonial influences and is one of the most important churches in Peru. It has a baroque style with an impressive altar made of silver and gold. Inside there are three naves, side chapels, paintings and an impressive display of carved stone pieces. The dome is decorated with colored tiles and there is also a side sacristy. This beautiful church is a reminder of Peru's colonial past and is an important symbol of faith and culture.
