The building of unusual shapes in the center of the settlement Vitanje, which is designed according to the plan of the first geostationary space station, a residential bicycle, described in 1928 in his book by Herman Potočnik Noordung - a planner of human penetration into space and one of the pioneers in rocket and space technology - astronautics.
