The temple was originally built in Białowieża in the first half of the 19th century. In 1894, it was moved to Trześcianka and serves as a cemetery chapel.

Kapel for Jesu fremstilling i templet på den ortodokse kirkegård i Trześciance. Kapellet blev bygget i første halvdel af 1800-tallet i Białowieża, hvor det tjente som sognekirke. I 1894, i forbindelse med zar Alexander III's beslutning om at bygge et nyt, imponerende murstenskirke, blev den gamle, næsten hundrede år gamle kirke revet ned og transporteret til Trześciance.
