Although it is marked as track S1 on Komoot, it is an impassable path (and in fact downstream, the Elighes Uttiosos road is blocked by two huge boulders that block the entrance) and dangerous to travel even on foot, if you are pushing a bike , due to the steep slopes in some sections. The few photos uploaded do not give a good idea of the precarious conditions of the entire segment.
If, like me, you arrive from Su Mullone it is easier to go back and take the parallel road, at least that one is cycleable
