Weird cycleway. Really nicely done, super smooth asphalt, trees and greenland and water ... but access only via a somewhat hidden access road and (at present, Apr 2024) no outlets either end.
There is one further access through the Xiunan Park, but the park itself is off limits for bikes, so that is a non-access too.
