Nordic walking
in the tunnel. it is damp. While outside everything is bone dry. There are also lots of small stones on the ground that invite you to slip.
But the tunnels are cool when the sun is burning outside and you can take a quick breather.
There are usually two areas in the tunnel. One for fast cyclists and one for pedestrians. It is worth paying attention to this.

Løb
the 2nd tunnel coming from Riva. Always a good opportunity to cool down. The lanes in the tunnel are usually split into two. 1 x cyclist, 1 x pedestrian.
