The beach below the cliffs is bikeable on firm sand at lowtide.
The trail on top of the cliffs is partially sandy and involves a small couple of push sections. The easiest is to simply visit from the bedroom community of Bouknadel and descend along the side of the (locked) park to the lowest terrace, which is nicely paved gravel.
