It was built in the second half of the 13th century from granite cubes, burned down in the first half of the 17th century and rebuilt shortly thereafter, but without a tower. In 1828, a free-standing bell tower was built. Partially rebuilt at the end of the 19th century. Romanesque architectural decor with neo-Romanesque forms.

Church from the 13th century, rebuilt in the 19th century. Above the entrance there are two coats of arms of the owners of the estate in Czerników and the founders of the reconstruction of the church.
