Malibu Bluffs Park provides a great viewpoint higher up, but is almost cut off from the beach by a dense row of houses along Malibu Road. In a few places small gaps give better vistas and preseve pedestrian beach access.

From here you can gain access to the beach as otherwise the stretch of road is lined with houses blocking the seafront. The views here are spectacular on a sunny day looking to the Pacific and beyond.
