Faunistic (a type of nature reserve whose purpose is to protect the populations and habitats of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish and invertebrates - i.e. fauna) nature reserve located in the Mazovian Voivodeship, on the border of Warsaw.
The reserve covers the area of islands, sandbanks and running waters and the banks of the Vistula River within the boundaries of the communes of Łomianki (328.1683 ha), Jabłonna (387.671 ha) and the Warsaw district of Białołęka (88.2674 ha). It was created thanks to the efforts of the Polish Society for the Protection of Birds.
