The temple is one of the most important parts of the Chittorgarh fort. This temple has significant significance in history for the residents of this fort.
The Nandi Madap is unique in terms of the decoration of the pillars and the patterns on the walls. The temple has well-crafted designs and carvings and next to the temple there is also a staircase that takes you to the huge pond. The sanctum houses a three-faced figure of Lord Shiva, symbolizing strength.
