1780 was the construction of the - now no longer existing - Pulpit in the style of the Rococo. 1950-1960 began the decline of the church, which resulted in the complete demolition of the nave in 1970, with the baroque interior and the organ were removed. A late Gothic group of figures with a Coronation of the Virgin Mary and four apostles and a crucifix from about 1420 has been preserved. Wikipedia

At the church stands the "Thinglinde von Eichelborn" - a natural monument - its trunk is already heavily eroded. The "architecture" of the tree suggests that he temporarily served as a "dancing linden". The approximately 17 m high tree with a trunk circumference of about 5.1 m is estimated at an age of 400 to 450 years, a more precise dating by annual ring counting is no longer possible. According to local tradition, the court place (Thing place) of the rule Tonndorf was in this place. The predecessor trees were thus witnesses of medieval justice. Wikipedia
