    Palau de Santa Eulàlia is part of the region of Alt Empordà, province of Girona. The municipal area has an extension of 9 km² and an altitude of 86 m.

    The limits of the municipal term are to the north with Siurana, to the east with Sant Miquel de Fluvià and Torroella de Fluvià, to the south with Sant Mori and to the west with Garrigàs.
