Cykling

Maribor is picturesquely situated in a wide valley at the foot of the Bacher Mountains. The Drau flows through the middle of the city and continues its journey eastwards through the Draufeld. With around 110,000 inhabitants, Maribor is the second largest city in Slovenia, so a round of the city offers a rich cultural offer in addition to the cozy old town.

Beautiful old town with many small shops, cafes and restaurants.
Everywhere in the city you will find monuments that remind you of the time when this region still belonged to Austria.
All around the city there are small mountains that create a unique ambience. Those who prefer to be on the water can cycle left and right along the Drau
