There are various pheasants, but also e.g. Parakeets, shown in some aviaries. Admission is free.

Vandring
From the circular route around the Herrensee, it is worth taking a short detour up the hill to the free pheasantry, which is well worth seeing. In the cold season, however, most of the birds are in the warmer winter quarters and can therefore not be visited.

If you are hiking at the pond or cycling, you should visit the Fasanerie. There are different aviaries. From the path around the Herrenteich it goes up a small hill.
