Kopanicha Nature Reserve is a 42.53 ha forest nature reserve established in 1980, located in the Skierniewice commune in the Łódź province. It is located within the Bolimów Landscape Park, near provincial road no. 705 and the town of Budy Grabskie.

The reserve covers a fragment of the Rawka River valley (with a steep escarpment), which creates a semicircular depression among the areas located above the valley. The reserve also covers a small area above the escarpment.

The area in the depression is very wet, in places marshy.
