Mottistone Manor is a National Trust property in the village of Mottistone on the Isle of Wight, England. It has popular gardens and is a Grade II listed building. It was first mentioned in documents associated with the Domesday Book of 1086.
The gardens are created from an abandoned farmhouse and surround an attractive Elizabethan country house. These 20th century gardens experiment with a Mediterranean planting scheme to take advantage of the warm, southern location.

The gardens of Mottistone Manor are open to the public and there is talk that soon the house itself will let visitors through the doors for the first time. The gardens are a magical display of colour and life and you can also enjoy refreshments in the outdoor cafe. Sit back and enjoy the bird song.
