Mountainbiking

Here it is very bumpy downhill. Mostly the stony path looks like a creek bed. Occasionally there are a few traces of trail sideways parallel, but most of the time you have to stay on the ravine. Also for running certainly very uncomfortable, which is why less likely to be expected with hikers. You can always switch back to the easier to drive forest road, if you are shaken enough. Otherwise, this departure from top to bottom is similar.

At the beginning and towards the end, the path is reasonably sensible to ride. Then it's also fun. In between, the comparison of a river bed is not entirely wrong. There are a lot of, quite large, boulders, some close together, so that it is difficult to impossible to circling past. Z.T. high risk of falling. Driving around is also almost impossible.
