Below the Lilienstein, the Kirchweg leads past a small forest cemetery. 117 people who were expelled from the Sudetenland and Silesia after the Second World War were buried there in a mass grave. They died of starvation and disease in 1945 and 1946 in a reception camp assigned as emergency accommodation, which had already been a barracks camp for internment and forced labor for prisoners of war in 1944.

"The forest cemetery Lilienstein recalls victims from a barracks camp, which was built and used in 1944 initially as internment and forced labor camp for prisoners of war at the foot of the Lilienstein.
After the end of World War II, the camp was selected to house German expellees. Thousands of people were forced to leave their homes within a very short time, often with only the luggage they could carry. These were now outside the borders of Germany. "
