Mountainbiking
The Rocche di Prastarà or prasterà is a site of considerable historical and geological interest, south of Montebello and Masella. Miocene sedimentary rocks between whose blocks there are ravines and caves where San'Elia di Enna, known as "the Younger" lived in 800 AD. retreated into prayer and meditation.
Saint Elias sanctified the place with his works so much so that the people wanted to impose his name.
