A tiny drawbridge, the rare times it's closed for pedestrian passage, you can watch the lock being filled and then emptied to allow boats to pass from the Brenta Canal to the lagoon. It's worth seeing in action!

Small lock with mobile bridge that can be crossed on foot (hand bike) to take via Pallada. Take the Trattoria al Cacciatore from behind. It is activated by call to allow boats coming from the Naviglio Brenta to overcome the difference in height with a small lock and exit into the lagoon at Fusina. The stop is short, a few minutes at most.
