The beaches in Kiel-Friedrichsort (Falckensteiner beach) and Kiel-Schilksee and their surroundings are a popular recreational area. The special attraction is based on the largely preserved natural environment and the view of the Kiel fjord.

A fantastic hiking trail. It was noticeable to us that many Kielers enjoy the weekend here. There were hardly any tourists to discover. In the parks and on the beach was grilled and relaxed.

Tip: Lots of photo opportunities and cafés, some with fantastic views from the natural cliffs of the fjord to Laboe.
