Vandring
Liperi's landmark, visible from afar, is the Evangelical Lutheran Church. It was built in 1854-1858 as the first stone church in North Karelia according to the drawings of Georg Chiewitz. There is room for 1500 people. It is the 5th church in the same place. The organ was built in 1879 by J.A. Zechariah crafted from Uusikaupunki.
