I usually don't vote for highlights that advertise but Cosimo is a RESOURCE for us cyclists!
Following the park cycle route, you should stop in Canolo just to stop at his place, be told about Aspromonte, eat Aspromonte, rest and regenerate.
Cosimo and his family go beyond commercial activity, they represent true Calabrian hospitality, which unfortunately is no longer so easily found.
