The church of San Hipólito el Real in Támara de Campo is an impressive temple built in the 14th century. Its imposing structure stands out in the landscape of Tierra de Campos. With Gothic and Renaissance architectural elements, its construction took place for more than a hundred years, ending in the 16th century.

On the Tierra de Campos plain, near Palencia, you reach the town of Támara de Campos. I recommend seeing the magnificent Herrerian tower of the church of San Hipólito el Real. It's surprisingly big for a small town.
