    The Sardis Dam is a 15,000 foot dam on the Little Tallahatchie River. It was constructed in the 1930's for flood protection.

    There is a road that runs over the dam that gives you a great view of the Sardis River. There are some stairs that lead you down the side of the dam to take you down to water level and that let you get a great perspective on the size and beauty of the dam.
