Segment of just over 4 km, which starts from the Juchitepec Regional Landfill to the town of Ayapango. It is relatively flat and mostly compact terrain. However, do not trust yourself, since it is not uncommon to find some areas with volcanic sand that are somewhat slippery. Despite this, it can be shot at 100%.
Its landscapes are beautiful. Throughout this segment you will go between plots, at all times enjoying the Popo and Izta volcanoes. Halfway there, you will also find the Hacienda San Andrés, which currently functions as a hotel and spa.
