Beware, this is only the easy part of the trail. Most of the way back to Moni Kapsa is a strenuous climb. Surefootedness and good shoes are very important

Vandring
We did the tour today from the sea. In our opinion, that's the better start. Then it goes first through the gorge up to the mountain village. Then over a plateau until it turns right and goes back down to the sea on a stony path. About 1 hour without shade. Sturdy shoes are recommended.
