The park is located in the area of the former gord - the oldest part of the city. It covers an area of 2.61 ha. There are no elements of small architecture in the park. The plant cover consists of 27 species of trees and shrubs, of which the largest group is the 60-are thicket of the Maksymowicz poplar.
At the highest point of the park, just behind the Białogłowka tower, there is a monument erected on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Stargard branch of PTTK.
