Vandring
The building was built in Hamburg in 1879 and dismantled and brought to Walvis Bay. Services were held there until 1966. It was then dismantled and rebuilt at its current location. Here it stands as a meeting place for the Lions Club - and as a memorial. On its walls are lines of prayer in the languages of the Damara, Nama, Herero and Ovambo from the 19th century. It is the oldest building in Walvis Bay.
