The Chapel of Apparitions is located at the Church of St. Anne in Dąbrówka. On September 12, 2004, Bishop Stanisław Stefanek consecrated the chapel built on the site of the Apparitions of the Virgin Mary in Dąbrówka, which took place in 1850.

A historic church built in 1894 with a main altar.
The parish of St. Anne was established on 10.02.1894. Since 1798, there was a wooden chapel in Dąbrówka, which belonged to the parish of Kadzidło, where Sunday Mass was celebrated by priests from Kadzidło, Nowogród and Ostrołęka. Since 1861, a priest without parish priest rights has permanently resided in Dąbrówka.
Currently, there is a wooden church of St. Anne built in 1891-1892; blessed in 1893 by the Bishop of Płock M. Nowodworski. In 1975, thanks to the efforts of the parish priest M. Borecki, the church was thoroughly renovated.
