The river Ronneby has 13 power stations. The furthest south is Ronneby power station and the furthest north is Skogryd.
Ronnebyån's power plant has a total capacity of 13.9 MW and generates around 51 GWh/year.
Ronnebyån's first power station was Skogsryd, built in 1902. The last power station to be built was Dång, which was completed in 1996. Modernization is ongoing. In the autumn of 2011, the Ronneby power station will be upgraded so that it can produce electricity for another 50 years.
