Mountainbiking
Kioni is a very picturesque fishing village situated in a bay on the northeast of Ithaca.
Accessible via the Frikes road from the north. Or by ship, e.g. with an Ithaca round trip from Sami/Kefalonia (a good 79 km), recommended.
Unless a ship has just arrived, things are very tranquil.
Small restaurants with friendly service are located directly at Hafenkauf and invite you to linger.
For me one of the highlights of my peripheral tour of the Ionian Islands!
