The estate in Battinsthal was acquired by Carl von Schuckmann in 1817 and remained in the family until 1945. The preserved manor was built around 1830. The manager's house standing next to it dates from 1900. After World War II, both buildings were nationalized and neglected. They were renovated in 2012 and can now be hired for various events. There are also guest rooms.

The manor house, which was probably built at the beginning of the 19th century, with the manor complex including distillery and stable storage, the so-called small castle, a conversion from 1899, form a listed ensemble. The manor had been owned by the von Schuckmann family since 1818 until it was expropriated in 1945.

Battinsthal Manor is a single-story, eleven-post, plastered building with a hipped mansard roof, dating from around 1830. After a long period of vacancy, it has been gradually restored since 2005.

On the ground floor are communal and social spaces, including a garden room with a terrace, a hall, a library, a kitchen, and a dining room.

On the first floor are nine spacious double rooms (some with additional sofa beds), a kitchenette, and a shared bathroom.
