On the belvedere next to the Canale dei Pescatori there is the memorial stone in memory of the fallen employees of Italcable, right at the point where the submarine cables for telecommunications in the Mediterranean arrived. The original cables (1947) are still partially visible looking out from the parapet in front of the memorial stone. This point is excellent for a stop, to take a photo and fill up with water since there is a fountain.
