Initially, around 1900, a tobacco shop on Gartz Bollwerk. A structure of unplastered brick, later used as a granary. The modernized building now houses apartments. It looks splendid from the outside. Next to the building there is a stone commemorating the no longer existing bridge. Next to Marina Gartz

Gartz (Oder) has several historic warehouses, including the Oderspeicher, which was built around 1900 as a tobacco warehouse at the Gartz bastion in unplastered brick construction and was later used as a grain silo.
