    Vandring

The Drombeg Stone Circle consists of 17 stones arranged in a circle. It was probably built in the Bronze Age and was an important place for the rituals and celebrations of the time. The place is surrounded by picturesque countryside, which offers a breathtaking backdrop for hikes and walks.

There are several hiking trails in the area leading to Drombeg Stone Circle. The trails are generally easy to moderately difficult and offer many opportunities to explore the surrounding landscape. Along the trails you can also discover other historical sites such as old churches and graves.

Well worth a detour if touring about. It's a nice walk from the village and a loop on quieter roads can be made. It's about 4.5km from the village taking the longer coastal route.
