    Mountainbiking

The trail is not too demanding, but at the end a bit rocky and to enjoy with moisture with caution. Especially since some trees have fallen over towards winter and, as seen in the pictures, have fallen on the way. This is partially blocked by the trunks.

The large Heuneburg near Upflamör is an old Celtic settlement from the Hallstatt period 8.-6. Century BC). Only the overgrown hill and some remains of the wall are preserved. Not to be confused with the Heuneburg in Hundersingen! If you are exploring the area by MTB, you should stop by here.
