If you have completed the entire nature trail of the national park, you can climb the Cerro Picudo at the end after a climb and get a wonderful view of the entire plain. Beware of the long spines of the cacti!

You can also start directly at Fort San Miguel. Then it's almost exactly 10 kilometers in total. :-) You can leave your car there. There are also toilets there.
