We are talking about the complex on the hill of Madonna del Campanile granted on loan for use by the Municipality of Busca (which had received it as an inheritance from the worthy citizen, engineer Giuseppe Ferrero) to the social cooperative ''Insieme a Voi'' and transformed by it into the residence for the disabled (flexible welfare residence: Raf) named after Wanda Meini Meinardi.

The Garden of the Senses of Villa Ferrero is structured as a path of rediscovery of sensory perceptions through five thematic areas. The path that gradually climbs the hill will accompany the visitor to the knowledge of a residential reality for mentally handicapped people and the garden in which the users of the structure work, walk, relax and socialize. In addition to the existing tree species (oaks, elms, hornbeams, chestnuts and conifers) numerous varieties of herbaceous perennials, bamboo, roses and fruit trees have been planted.
