The Eretria ferry not only offers a convenient crossing, but is also a real respite for anyone cycling. You pedal hard from the coast of the southern Gulf of Evia, but then comes that moment - the ferry, the sea and a short break. The fresh breeze from the water is a welcome cooling down while you park your bike safely on board and enjoy the view. The crossing is calm and you have time to take in the surroundings. It is something special when the roads disappear behind you and the sea dominates the horizon.
