This Church located in the Plaza Mayor, responds to the late Gothic style although it presents elements of other artistic styles. Construction began in 1420 but, due to various vicissitudes, it was not finished until 1524. The temple has late Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque elements. Its two covers stand out from the outside. The north or Santa Catalina with a Herrerian elements and the south or Santiago. Especially the north one stands out with a decoration between Renaissance and Baroque with harmonious forms at the bases of column bodies, temple and semicircular tympanum completing the beautiful access to the temple.

Vandring

Special mention should be made of the Bell Tower dating from 1765 culminating in a magnificent spire and making it the most majestic in the province. The tower that we see today was preceded by two others that fell during the seventeenth century. Inside, several side chapels flank a nave with star-shaped vaults separated by transverse arches. In the seventeenth century the clock tower was also built, completing a more ornamental perspective from the Plaza Mayor.
