Definitely plan - to move within the old glacier and experience the oppressive feeling, reinforced by erected signs that reflect the position of the glacier tongue in recent years.

Mountainbiking

One of the few glaciers you can easily get close to. A detour from the classic route Pontresina - Bernina is definitely worth it. You can drive the way from the entrance to the park very well with the bike. Impressive are above all the markings, on which one can read in which year the glacier had which size. And pretty frightening to see what's left of it today.
