The Colosseum is impressive. The Roman heritage is in good condition and allows history to be experienced.

Vandring
The façade consists of three rows of arcades in the Corinthian and composite style, one above the other. On the inside, much of the supporting infrastructure for the rows of seats has been preserved. The wall of the podium, the arena and the underground passageways are also still intact.

In the evening the Colosseum is somewhat illuminated and you can explore some lovely cafés and restaurants on a walk outside.
